Facilitation Services

Let’s work better together.

Bring your team together to solve problems, build on shared values, and establish a clear vision for the future.

Maybe you’ve got lots of natural leaders and visionaries in your group, but you struggle to tune into the nitty-gritty. Sometimes, the opposite is true: everybody is down in the murky details and can’t see the big picture anymore. When your group finds more “stuck” places than clear pathways, you can benefit from professional facilitation.

I can convert your company’s most dedicated “problem raiser” into a problem solver.

Spark your group’s innate creativity, improve your processes, and increase employee engagement.

This is the result of a two-phase facilitation to explore shared values.

For the first session, team members brought forth words that aligned with their values, and worked in small groups to define how those values show up in the organization. For the second session, we started building acknowledgement practices for the values.

As your facilitator, I prepare a flexible agenda in advance based on the known needs and goals at the outset. Once we’re in the process, you’re relieved of the “meeting duties”- I’ll keep us on task, take the group’s notes, and deliver a report on your group’s progress. This frees up all participants to contribute, encourages a broader representation of ideas, and helps your group to reach a desired outcome or decision.

In a facilitated space, we tackle big problems while attending to group communication needs, team dynamics, creative modes of problem analysis, and decision-making.

The best part? Participants feel invested and confident in the outcome because they’ve been an integral part of the process.

In a facilitation, you can:

  • Improve feedback culture and communication skills

  • Build a knowledge and support base for Strategic Planning

  • Enhance your team’s creativity and curiosity

  • Promote shared responsibility for your outcomes and goals

  • Understand and map out your organization’s accountability structures

  • Define (and build on!) shared values

  • Train around specific needs (conflict resolution skills, communication tools, best practices, building SOPs)
